Reliable, affordable locksmith that is great to do business with. After listening to what I wanted, Willem suggested some creative alternatives for me to consider all of which seemed reasonable. After agreeing on the work, the price came in well below budget. He dropped back a week later and completed the job as promised. Having a restaurant for 10 years i have needed a locksmith on a semi-regular basis. Prior to using Tembisa Locksmiths, i had always found it hard to find a good and reliable locksmith. I have used Willem from Tembisa Locksmiths 3 times now and he has been fantastic! Always able to work around my busy times, gets the job done right first time and always advises me on what’s best for my company even if it’s not the best work for him.

Had several fiddly jobs (ie keys required for locks) and Willem had a “can-do” attitude and went about everything in a no-fuss and efficient manner. Price was fair and reasonable and Willem even had to make a second visit to finish the work. Very happy and would recommend and use Tembisa Locksmiths again. Thanks Willem!

Willem was extremely responsive to a request for emergency locksmith service, was out on site within a few hours, sourced & installed a matching lock, rekeyed lock so we had a single key without fuss. Was happy to email invoice that night as I was not at home to make payment on the spot. Great customer service, would definitely use them again.

The guys were lovley – great service and were almost 50% cheaper than my other 2 quotes!
